Quick Pre-sales questions

Thanks for looking into the discount code issue in the other thread.
Three very quick pre-sales questions:
1) Is there a test script available? I'm not 100% sure if IonCube will work with my current host, as I had some problems with it before. Since no refund are offered for incompatible-ness, it's probably best to test before I dive.
2) When can we expect a vBulletin rule pack?
3) Will .htaccess edit work with vBSEO? Or must I edit vBulletin files?

Actually, make that 4 questions:
4) I am guessing it works the same way as IPB and vBulletin licensing, where I can assign it to another domain if I no longer wish to use it on the originally purchased domain, correct?
